Earl Lambert

As Director of Business Development at Archimedic, Earl focuses on engaging and advising companies that aim to create life-changing medical devices. 

My passion working in healthcare stems from a keen awareness of the urgency and enormous challenges faced within the industry to improve outcomes, contain costs, and expedite the delivery of quality healthcare first for patients, and all other stake holders. Nothing short of optimal operational efficiency, advanced medical science and technological innovation will meet today’s challenge.

As a prior Neurology Sales Specialist, Earl has 10 years’ focused experience in consultative marketing and promotion of CNS therapeutics. Cumulative, he has 20 years’ experience promoting a range of medical therapies including: Metabolic disorders, GI, Urology, Pain and Psychiatry. Earl has a proven ability to build both internal and external strong relationships with key decision-makers in teaching hospitals, clinical and corporate settings evidenced by exceeding goals in market expansion and revenue growth by consultative selling.

Earl was chosen to serve as a member of the promotional and marketing advisory committees at both Esai and Supernus pharmaceutical in partnership with IQVIA. He has worked for the two largest global pharmaceutical manufacturers, beginning his career with J&J, followed by Pfizer/ Wyeth as a Psychiatry Specialty Manager, Regional Sales Trainer, and participant in Wyeth Management Development program. Selected to participate in IQVIA 2017 national Management Leadership program, Earl was ranked #1 upon completion.

Earl resides in Shamong, NJ and loves spending time with family: wife – Lisa, son Jaylan… a Junior at St. Joseph University, and House Ruler… “Yingy” – the dog! He enjoys Jazz & Classical music as a published composer, along with fitness training, golf, travel and reading a great novel. Two favorite fictional authors are John Grisham and James Patterson.

Earl received his M.S.J from Seton Hall University School of Law, (magna cum laude) in Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Law and Compliance. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and Mgmt. from Lebanon Valley College.
