This individual will participate in the full breadth of the product development process (from concept to transfer to manufacture) for medical devices as part of a tight-knit, highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual with a knowledge and love of mechanical and product design to join our team in our Waltham, MA office.
Archimedic is a contract medical device development firm with offices in Philadelphia and Boston areas. We work with technology-driven companies to engineer and build electro-mechanical products for surgical, diagnostic, and drug delivery applications. Development of Creative Solutions
Provide our clients with comprehensive and actionable solutions to difficult problems. Think creatively and develop novel methods for implementing technologies and inventing new products. Work within a small, multidisciplinary team to develop new products for the medical device industry.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to move throughout office and laboratory space, using a complete variety of office equipment and laboratory machinery and tools. Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Must tolerate exposure to chemicals found in the Catapult laboratory environment.
