Aaron Pavkov

As CIO, Aaron leads the delivery of Archimedic's design & engineering services, providing innovative MedTech solutions and ensuring a smooth journey through the development process.

Aaron’s professional experience began in 2001 as he tackled clients' most challenging engineering problems alongside PhD-level mechanical engineers. Since 2007, he has focused on consumer and medical product development, earning multiple patents, awards, and industry recognition. In his various technical and leadership roles he has taken dozens of groundbreaking innovations to market, from robotic devices for infants at 4moms to physical & digital healthcare products at Medical Guardian. Aaron's experience includes leading a cross-functional engineering team of 45+ individuals, overseeing diverse projects for startups and medical device industry leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, BD, and Stryker.

At Archimedic, Aaron leverages holistic, innovation-driven approaches to medical device development that guide clients from concept to commercialization. His leadership ensures seamless integration of human factors, technical excellence, and regulatory compliance. Aaron’s work is fueled by a passion for solving complex challenges in healthcare, and his strategic approach to product development has been instrumental in advancing  many life-saving technologies.

Aaron holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University. Based in the greater Philadelphia area, he enjoys spending time with his four boys, exploring nature, and creating in his home workshop.
